On June 17, 2026, the City of Ottawa received a Site Plan Control application for 2765 Palladium Drive. The site is located along the northwest corner of the Palladium Drive, Derreen Avenue, and Robert Grant Avenue traffic circle.
The applicant is proposing to develop three, six-storey apartment buildings, with a total of 304 dwelling units.
