ISLAMABAD, Apr 16 (APP):The Advisor to the Chairman Senate and Ambassador for the Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference, Ms. Misbah Khar, visited the Rhodium Residencia project located in the Diplomatic Enclave, Islamabad.
During the visit, Ms. Khar was briefed on the architectural design, construction standards, and amenities of the development.
The project comprises two basements, a dedicated club floor, and 19 total floors, including 16 residential levels, offering 156 apartments in accordance with contemporary residential standards.
She inspected multiple floors, model apartments, and the club floor. She commended the project’s design excellence, construction quality, and the pace of development, describing Rhodium Residencia as a distinguished addition to the federal capital’s residential landscape.
She observed that developments of this caliber contribute meaningfully to urban progress and elevate living standards. The emphasis on quality, meticulous planning, and comprehensive facilities distinguishes the project within the sector, she noted.
