Britannia Industries has on 03 June 2021 allotted unsecured, non-convertible, redeemable, fully paid up debentures having a face value of Rs. 29 each (bonus debentures) aggregating Rs 698.15 crore in accordance with scheme of arrangement to eligible equity shareholders as of 27 May 2021 (record date). The bonus debentures will be redeemed after 3 years from the date of allotment.
