Guernsey accountancy firm DNA has received Silver in the Small Firm of the Year (11–50 employees) category at the Accounting Excellence Awards 2026, following its Bronze award in 2025.
The national awards recognise accountancy firms for their performance, innovation, client service and commitment to employees.
Diane de Garis, Managing Director of DNA, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have achieved Silver at this year’s Accounting Excellence Awards, particularly after winning Bronze last year!
“At DNA, one of our favourite sayings is ‘progress, not perfection’, and this award really sums that up. We are constantly looking at how we can improve, whether that’s through investing in our people, embracing new technology or finding better ways to support our clients.
“To be recognised nationally, alongside some fantastic UK accountancy firms, is a huge achievement for our Guernsey team and something we’re incredibly proud of.
“But the real credit goes to our brilliant team. Their enthusiasm, ideas and commitment to our clients are what make DNA what it is.”
Dani Bennett, Director of DNA, added: “We have worked hard to build a firm where people enjoy coming to work, feel empowered to contribute ideas and are encouraged to keep learning.
“As we’ve grown, maintaining that culture and delivering consistently excellent client service has remained a priority.
“This recognition is a fantastic endorsement of the whole team’s efforts, and we’re excited about what comes next.”
Diane concluded: “Bronze in 2025, Silver in 2026… we’re certainly heading in the right direction. Perhaps we’ll have to aim for Gold next year!”
