Corporate finance firm Camlee Group has revealed its role advising a Buckinghamshire-based clean and wastewater pumping provider on its sale to a larger group in Kent.

The recent deal for Direct Pump Services (DPS) in High Wycombe marks the third acquisition for Metcor Group since securing the backing of private equity firm Macquarie Capital in April 2025.

Founded in 2009, DPS offers services including pump installation, maintenance, repairs and emergency support.

Mike Shaw, co-founder of Direct Pump Services, said: “We are incredibly proud of what we’ve built at Direct Pump Services together with our customers.

“Joining Metcor marks an exciting new chapter, aligned with our values and commitment to the quality of service delivery.

“We’re confident this partnership will strengthen our offering and create new opportunities for our customers and in turn their clients.

“Our thanks go to Andrew Prigg and Camlee for their support throughout the process.”

Bermans provided legal advice to Direct Pump Services, while Gosschalks and RSM acted for Metcor.
