FormWave Collective Establishes Advisory Board With Five Leaders in Finance, Wealth Management and Entrepreneurship

FormWave Collective, an artificial intelligence transformation consulting firm, has established a five-member advisory board to provide strategic guidance on client engagements, business operations and organizational growth.

The new board brings together executives and advisors with experience in working capital finance, wealth management, entrepreneurship, corporate financial strategy and executive coaching.

The appointments are intended to support FormWave’s work helping small and midsize U.S. businesses integrate artificial intelligence into their operations and develop more effective workflows.

The advisory board includes Richard Flamang, a working capital finance executive; Ray Foote, an executive coach, entrepreneur and board member; Heidi E. Lehmann, a technology entrepreneur and family office capital advisor; Namrata Maguire, a CFO advisor at SC&H Group; and Christopher Ottenritter, managing director and head of EMEA Wealth Advisory at J.P. Morgan International Private Bank.

Lehmann brings experience in technology entrepreneurship, strategic partnerships and private capital. She has founded and exited three technology businesses, serves as a TIGER 21 chair and founded Heartland Digital Asset Exchange.

Maguire contributes corporate finance and CFO advisory expertise, while Ottenritter brings international private banking and wealth management experience.

Flamang adds a background in working capital finance, and Foote contributes experience in executive leadership development, entrepreneurship and board advisory work.

Together, the advisors will provide perspectives on FormWave’s client projects and internal operations as the firm develops its AI transformation services.

FormWave focuses on designing systems that integrate human expertise with artificial intelligence to improve business processes, strengthen team effectiveness and support organizational resilience.

Its approach includes developing transformation roadmaps that identify opportunities to incorporate AI into existing workflows while addressing the operational and organizational changes required for implementation.

The firm’s leadership team includes Christa Bianchi, Derrick Cash and Palmer Foote, who bring different professional backgrounds to its consulting and transformation work.

FormWave is positioning its services primarily for small and midsize businesses in the United States seeking to adopt AI technologies and improve operational performance.

“FormWave Collective aims to create workflows that empower people to shape a frontier they can believe in,” said Christa Bianchi, partner and co-founder of FormWave Collective.

The formation of the advisory board adds external business and financial expertise as FormWave develops its consulting practice.

The advisors will contribute insights from their respective industries to help the firm evaluate client needs, refine its operating approach and guide AI transformation initiatives.

By combining its internal consulting capabilities with perspectives from finance, entrepreneurship and executive leadership, FormWave aims to help businesses approach AI adoption through structured operational planning rather than technology implementation alone.
