DAG Wealth Announces XRP Lending Strategy

New offering gives Qualified Clients access to institutional lending markets through a separately managed account structure

DALLAS, TEXAS – October 8, 2026 – DAG Wealth is proud to announce the DAG Wealth XRP Lending Strategy, a program through which Qualified Clients may lend XRP they already hold to institutional counterparties. The strategy is designed to simplify access to institutional lending markets, which have historically been limited to participants meeting minimum size or qualification requirements.

“The XRP Lending Strategy gives Qualified Clients a structured way to put their existing XRP holdings to work in institutional lending markets,” said Erin Friez, CEO of DAG Wealth. “These are unsecured loans, and clients should understand the associated risks, including counterparty risk, before committing any XRP.”

Client XRP is held at Anchorage Digital Bank, a federally chartered Qualified Custodian, prior to any loan, and is returned to the client’s custody account upon loan completion. While assets are on loan, the position is recorded in the client’s name within their separately managed account, so clients retain visibility into their holdings and the associated loan activity throughout[KM1] .

Eligible DAG Wealth clients may consult with their advisor to evaluate suitability.

The XRP lending program involves lending XRP, on a fully unsecured basis, to one or more institutional counterparties (borrowers) that DAG Wealth selects, performs due diligence on, monitors, and negotiates lending rates with. DAG Wealth’s due diligence and monitoring do not ensure repayment. No collateral is posted, and each borrower may rehypothecate (re-use) the XRP, including selling, lending, or pledging it. Title will transfer to the borrower, and lent XRP will not be segregated or held in the client’s account. Clients are general unsecured creditors with no claim on specific assets and may lose all XRP lent. Repayment depends on the solvency of each borrower and on downstream parties that clients cannot see or control. In a bankruptcy, recovery may be delayed, partial, or zero, and claims may be valued in U.S. dollars rather than repaid in XRP. Lent XRP is not covered by FDIC or SIPC protection or by custodian insurance. Lending rates are variable and not guaranteed and may be paid in-kind in XRP or in stablecoins such as USDC. Lending rates may not offset declines in the price of XRP, interest paid in XRP increases XRP exposure, and USDC is subject to issuer, reserve, and de-pegging risk. A borrower may delay or suspend recalls and withdrawals, particularly in stressed markets, so lent XRP may be unavailable when needed. Lending may have tax consequences, which may arise before cash is received.
