Carey Troell rejoined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in its public finance and infrastructure practice in Houston, the firm announced Tuesday.
Troell serves as bond counsel to state and local governmental entities throughout Texas, structuring financing transactions for counties, school districts, cities, utility systems and other public institutions. He also represents nonprofits, for-profit issuers, financial institutions and underwriters in public finance matters, the firm said.
He rejoins from Cantu Harden Montoya LLP.
