CAM, Argus act on Bessemer’s USD31m Sukino investment

Argus Partners and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised on Bessemer Venture Partners’ USD31 million investment in India-based Sukino Healthcare Solutions, a provider of home healthcare, assisted living services and rehabilitation.

The transaction involved both a primary investment and a secondary purchase from existing investors. Partner Suvojit Halder, with support from associate Nandini Agrawal, led the transaction team counselling Bessemer Venture.

Argus Partners advised Sukino Healthcare, while Veda Corp was the investment banker.

Bessemer Venture Partners is an American venture capital and private equity firm, while Sukino has centres located in Bengaluru, Kochi and Coimbatore.
