EdgeTier receives Claret Capital Partners investment to scale agentic AI


What’s the deal? EdgeTier, the Dublin-based customer conversation intelligence platform, has received an investment from Claret Capital Partners through its Fund IV. The announcement does not disclose the transaction size.

What EdgeTier does: The company analyses customer conversations for contact centres, helping teams identify emerging issues, root causes, agent performance trends and coaching opportunities in real time. Its platform integrates with customer-support and contact-centre tools.

The backing: EdgeTier is backed by an established investor syndicate including Smedvig, Act Venture Capital and Episode 1 Ventures.

What’s next: EdgeTier says the investment will support further development of its agentic AI platform and expansion among large customer-support teams.
