Land Sells for $4.15M in Chesapeake for Residential and Commercial Development


Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 23.5 acres at 1737 South Battlefield Boulevard in Chesapeake, Virginia.

Virginia Builders Holding, LLC purchased the acreage from CFG Properties LLC for $4,150,000.

Plans for the site include the development of Stillwater, a residential community featuring 26 single-family homes, 26 single-family cottages, and 53 brownstone-style row homes. The project will also include Stillwater Works, a four-acre high-end food truck park designed to provide a family-friendly destination for relaxation, entertainment, and community gathering.
