The Ritz-Carlton Baku, Zagulba
Planned for Zagulba Beach on the Caspian Sea, The Ritz-Carlton Baku, Zagulba is expected to have 80 guestrooms and suites. Facilities are planned to include dining venues, an indoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, a spa, a beach club and The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge.
The adjoining The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Baku, Zagulba is planned with 282 apartments and villas, along with a clubhouse, fitness centre, swimming pool, kids’ club, cinema and private beach access.
Extension of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Baku
Following the launch of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Baku in 2023, PASHA Real Estate Group plans to add a new tower to the existing site. The development is expected to include 238 additional residences, with a lounge, fitness centre and swimming pool.
Le Méridien Tbilisi
In Georgia, Marriott plans to add Le Méridien Tbilisi in the Chugureti district of central Tbilisi. The hotel is expected to feature 152 guestrooms, dining outlets, meeting and event spaces and a fitness centre.
The property will also feature Le Méridien’s Hub concept, which offers a contemporary take on the traditional hotel lobby.
The new projects will add to the existing relationship between PASHA Real Estate Group and Marriott International, which currently includes properties such as The Ritz-Carlton, Baku; The St. Regis Baku; JW Marriott Absheron Baku; Baku Marriott Hotel Boulevard; Sheraton Baku Intourist Hotel; Courtyard by Marriott Baku; Pik Palace, Shahdag, Autograph Collection; and Park Chalet, Shahdag, Autograph Collection.
