Salvation has finally arrived on the corner of Wall Street.

It’s a minor sale, but it’s a notable sale because it’s in Belltown. Developers have shied away from that area since the twin-demic. (That is, COVID-19 plus fentanyl.) There was a surge of market activity in anticipation of the 2017 upzone … then virtually no sales or new construction in recent years.
