Dubai, UAE – Real estate transactions in Dubai last week amounted to approximately AED 11.28 billion, through the execution of 4,076 transactions. It included sales worth 7.58 billion dirhams.
The number of sales deals reached 2,871 sales, distributed between 1,924 sales of residential units. 241 building sales, and 706 land sales.
Sales of ready-made properties amounted to about 4.92 billion dirhams, through 1,423 deals, distributed as follows: 646 transactions for residential units. 71 transactions for buildings, and 706 transactions for land.
In contrast, real estate sales on the map recorded about 2.65 billion dirhams, through 1,448 deals. It included 1,278 transactions for residential units and 170 transactions for buildings.
Mortgage transactions recorded 976 transactions worth AED 3.05 billion. The value of donations amounted to approximately 647.95 million dirhams, through 229 transactions.
