South Bend business and real estate attorney Kyle Chamberlin has founded a new firm, Chamberlin Legal. A graduate of Mishawaka High School and the University of Notre Dame, Chamberlin brings 15 years of legal experience to the new firm. Before joining THK Law in 2022, he spent over a decade working as in-house counsel for two Michiana businesses.
Chamberlin stated, “The thesis of Chamberlin Legal is to provide focused and efficient business counsel, freed from the constraints of the legacy law firm model and enabled by technology.” Regarding goals for the new firm: “The last few years brought renewed focus to a goal I first articulated in fifth grade: owning a business. I am excited to take this entrepreneurial leap while remaining available to serve local clients.”
Chamberlin Legal’s services will focus on business and real estate counsel, with the founding attorney bringing deep experience in contracting and business transactions, commercial real estate, business formation and governance, regulatory and licensing guidance, and employee relations and policies.
