Kurv Industrial has acquired a 348,200-square-foot manufacturing facility in the Irvine Spectrum submarket from LBA Logistics for $107 million, the highest industrial trade so far in Orange County this year.

The sale of the property at 9750 Irvine Blvd. in Irvine’s Spectrum district closed earlier this month. The price came out to $307.27 per square foot, according to CoStar.

Built in 1989, the Class B building, dubbed Kurv Irvine II, sits on 19.5 acres and includes 246,500 square feet of industrial space and 100,800 square feet of offices.

Kurv Industrial is a Chicago-based private industrial real estate company, formerly known as Bridge Industrial.
